Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Garmetry provides business-management tools for fashion artisans, including client and measurement management, project and order tracking, inventory, invoicing, payment tracking, and multi-staff access. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

• Free trial — new workspaces may receive a free trial. No payment is required during the trial, and you may cancel before it ends without being charged.
• Fees — paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or for the term you select) at the prices shown at purchase.
• Auto-renewal — subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Taxes — fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; you are responsible for applicable taxes.
• Changes — we may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

6. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of the data and content you add to your workspace (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Your Content, including any client information you store.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Garmetry and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding or technology except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party providers, including payment processors. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garmetry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Garmetry harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be subject to the courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
